In case of cancellation of any services due to any inevitable reason, it should be informed in writing on our official mail ID (sudeshganga24@gmail.com). Cancellation charges would be deducted from the amount to be refunded from the date of receiving the written cancellation document.
10 % of Booking Amount is Non-Refundable at any stage. One may postpone one’s booking to a future date and the booking amount will be considered and kept valid.*
35 Days in advance -: 25% Cancellation charge of Total Package Cost.
25 Days in advance -: 50% Cancellation charge of Total Package Cost.
15 Days In advance -: 100% Cancellation charge of Total Package Cost.
*One year validity from the date of booking confirmation.
Please be advised Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early Departure/ Change of Dates/ Partial Cancellation i.e. Reduction of accommodation booked / Late Arrival Due to Natural Calamities or Force of Nature will be treated as Cancellation and Non Refundable.
All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance.
The booking is not confirmed till we send you a booking confirmation.
Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All Cancellations must be made in writing.
Accommodation may be extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.
